As one of the most prominent optical lens companies in Canada and the world, Essilor carries some of the most well-known brand names in the optical lens industry such as their Varilux progressive lenses, Eyezen anti-fatigue lenses, Crizal anti-reflection coatings, Transitions photochromic lenses, and Xperio sunglass lenses.

Hoya

Although Hoya has its roots as an optical lens company, it is now a large global company that also contributes to the research and development of the medical and eye care industry. They have consistently maintained their own reputation for their high quality progressive, anti-fatigue, photochromic, and sunglass lenses as well as their anti-reflective coatings. As of July 2020, Hoya has also introduced their revolutionary MiyoSmart lens for myopia control which can slow down myopia progression by 60%.

Shamir

Shamir has been a leading company of progressive lens designs focuses on research and development. They license their older progressive designs to other companies including Costco but reserve their latest improved technologies for themselves.

Maui Jim

Maui Jim has their own lens lab to produce prescription and non-prescription lenses for their sunglasses that allows them to maintain their reputation and world famous polarized lens quality.
